HMI B&R error B&R 5WBZ0000F5A040-001

Hi everyone,

We have problem like on picture we shared

On our machine use HMI B&R 5WZ0000F5A040-001 and communicate with Automation B&R PC 2100

Last time the error happen, we just refresh/reload the blue button on HMI and back to normal page again

We checked the RJ45 profinet connection, the result no issue for cable & socket

Any suggestion for what must we check with this error? Can we check the history from SDM?

This looks like the error screen from the Chrome browser, so I think your idea of checking connections is a good one. Can you get to the SDM from the HMI? If so, is the PC 2100 in RUN mode?

It sounds like you’ve run into this error before; does it happen often? The HMI/browser usually loads faster than the server on the 2100 so it may just be the case that you need to wait a minute and refresh.
