Mapp Framework 1.5 and acp10 5.27.1 are not available, when I try to download and install acp10 5.27.0 I get the following error, can you help me with Mapp Framework 1.5 and acp10 5.27.1 versions?

imo the message is pretty clear in regards to what you want to install: It’s meant only for AS versions < 4.3.
What you need for newer AS versions is in Technology Packages, in this case ACP10 ARNC0 (Motion). Due to some law compliances, older versions have been pulled and you can only get 5.29.0. You can get in touch with your sales rep in case you need anything else.
Same goes for mapp Framework: It has been replaced by mapp Services in later versions of AS which is also located in the Technology Packages section of the upgrade dialog
