Hello, do the Link Manager licenses incur an annual fee or are they a one and done license.

LinkManager licenses 0RMLM.WIN and 0RMLM.MOB are not subscription licenses but are single purchase licenses (one and done in your question). However, access to the GateManager hosting the LinkManager licenses is dependent on an active GateManager service license (0RMAS.SERVICE-01).
