Mapp View not updating ACOPOS 6D output

Hello,

I am trying to get the mapp View application to work with my simulated ACOPOS 6D setup, but it doesn’t seem to be updating.

It does display the correct configuration when I open it, but it does not show the shuttles or their locations at all.

I have followed the Automation Studio Help guide for the ACOPOS 6D thoroughly, although there are some deviations it seems between what is displayed for me on my version of Automation Studio (the newest I believe), and whatever version is being used in the guide.

If you’re able to reach the page but the data isn’t updating, my first thought is an OPC UA communication issue. I see you’ve enabled the OPC UA server. Have you also added the BR_Engineer role to the Anonymous Access section? You’ll need to click the green icon for “Change Advanced Parameter Visibility” in order to see it.
