Mapp View - Interprocess communication timeout

Hello

I would like to understand if someone else is experiencing this issue with MappView and Cockpit:

We noticed that if Mapp View page is opened before Cockpit page, everything is working fine. in the other case, this log line is added and Cockpit cannot be opened.

Mapp View and Cockpit have versions 6.3.1, AR 6.3.4 on APC910

Anyone else that found same issue?

Hi,

since multiple newer versions of mappView were released since then, please try those. I am assuming this is related to a crash solved in mappView 6.3.2, but you could also already go to 6.4.1 and see, if the issue persists.

is there any evidence in official release log? our customers will request it before leaving us to update machine

That’s the one I meant.
I don’t know if your failure is that one, but trying to solve an issue on old versions will never really work - since you will get a new version for a fix anyway :wink:
