Problem
When attempting to access mappCockpit, only the splash screen is displayed. The mappCockpit interface itself is not opened.
No information or error is displayed on the splash screen itself, in the logger, or in the Chrome Development Tools.
Solution
The problem in this situation is that the time on the control system does not match the time on the client computer running the browser.
As soon as the time on the control system is synchronized with the PC, mappCockpit opens correctly and everything is displayed.
Versions
The problem was observed in all versions < 6.5.0.
