MappVision HMI problem

Hi everyone,

I’m new to mappVision and I’m currently trying to set it up.
I have configured the HMI, but when I try to log in, I only get the screen shown below.

Is there any additional configuration I need to perform, or does this indicate a problem with my setup?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

i am not an expert in B&R Vision, but that is how i would start.

i would recommend to check the logger for Diagnosis Information.
I think that some initialisation step is encountering an error and this should be found in the Logger information.

In the Getting Started you have a good checklist to go over your previous made settings, and check if all steps where done.

With mapp Vision 6.x it is also important that the browser trusts the certificate that is used in the SSL configuration for mapp Vision. This needs to be installed to the trusted certificates on the client for the websocket communication to work, just accepting the untrusted certificate in the browser is not enough.

You can check whether the websocket communication is succesfull with the browsers devtools.

Thank you for the diagnostic suggestion—it was very helpful. I identified a communication issue caused by the PLK configuration, and the solution suggested by @simon.buschor resolved the problem successfully.
