Hi,

I used mappvision 5.27.0. However, sometimes one camera would be killed,

the status is 0x80000000,but I did not open the mappvision’s mappview HMI

Hi, I do not think that with this kind of description we can really help you. Try to explain with more technical details what you are doing, where you can read status 0x80000000, what is in the logger, what you have done before error and how you get rid of it (restart??).

I get the 0x80000000 from the IO mapping of the camera

Can you see, if the ModuleOK is True?

Did you try already with another mappVision Version? Camera FW? Logger?

Some else has a connection with the camera?

I will try to change the mappVision Version. There is nothing has a connection with the camera.
