The on-site equipment adopts dual-screen interlock with two displays.The APC910 IPC runs dual systems via Hypervisor, executing HMI upper computer programs, displaying the superior interface and undertaking database maintenance.There are four sets of equipment on site in total, and intermittent blue screen failure occurs on one of them currently.
Only these three errors are recorded in the current logs.The original log files are also attached.

If you have a blue screen, the very important thing is to take a printscreen of it. There is usually an error message and error number. This I would use as a starting point for investigation.

Sorry for not replying in a timely manner. I was on vacation before, and unfortunately, there have been no more instances of blue screens on site since then. This situation cannot be reproduced, so we can only wait for the next blue screen on site. Thank you very much for your help
ok. just tip for next time. Always take a picture of bluescreen before you restart PC. Can be hw failure, sw failure..error message and number can help you to focus on real cause of the issue. Thread is closed for now. Feel free to reopen it.
