OpcUaCs Text-IDs error when opening a new project ERROR 5609

Hi,

I’m new to Automation Studio and I’m trying to make my first project. But everytime I open a new project and build the project I get the following error:

Error 17-9-2025 10:00:47,0309 Multiple text units with Text-ID ‘-1033820351’ exist in namespace ‘BR/EventLog’. Text-IDs must be unique within a namespace. 5609 tmx::tmx/Text[0]/TextId C:\Program Files (x86)\BRAutomation\AS6\AS\TechnologyPackages\OpcUaCs\6.4.0\Texts\OpcUaCs_EventLogV.tmx

However, I only have 1 OpcUaCs_EventLog.TMX file in the OpcUaCs folder…

I’m using Automation Studio V 6.3.3.14 and I was working on the ‘Example Project with Automation Runtime Simulaltion’
I dont seem to have this issue with AS6.1

And how did you create the file? Did you copy it? You obviously have two text files with the same contents inside your project.

I have not created or copied a file…

That would also be impossible, because I would get the message that I’m not allowed to change any of its files.

I had it everything I started a new project. But when I went back to a previous version and then return to the newest version, it seemed fixed

“But when I went back to a previous version and then return to the newest version, it seemed fixed” → so are you using repository e.g. GIT?

No, I was using V6.3.3.14.

When I created a new project, I used working version 6.0, and later switched back to 6.3. That seemed to be the solution

OK, this is important information. In AS6.3, a lot of bug fixes were implemented. Thanks for the update. I marked this answer as a possible solution for others. :slight_smile:
