For me this looks like the module are not configured in the project at all. To check if the wiring and the modules are ok you could create an empty Automation Studio project and just put in the hardware as you see it in this picture.
With that, the X67 modules should come online. Is there any chance that you can get the source code from the machine builder?
Another good place to look to issues is the PLC log book.
