You can not partial download a project. When you have a flash card image it will have everything. If you create an empty project with just the hardware and download that you will basically wipe out the software and replace it with yours. I would go back and load the back into the machine. Try to open service diagnostic interface with a web browser.
Enter http://192.168.30.187/sdm/index.html replace the IP with the PP045. Check the tab hardware on the left and see if it gives you some clues.
