PPC80 possible water damage - touch screen not working

Hello guys,

Today in one of our machines where PPC80 is mounted we have found little condensation ( inside control cabinet under spot PPC80). Just half of the touch screen is working, how we can fix this problem? We have a lot of production to do and service to fix/replace is available in next 2-3 days.

Not a direct fix for your touch issue.. but a possible workaround.

Depending how the USB ports are configured you could use a normal USB mouse to move around in your HMI. So try both ports (Default USB2 is GPOS)
