Hi, my company faces two different issues during commission. i would like to understand why new screen goes into this kind of issues . hmi screens worked correctly initially.
F0870169921 - The Service page cannot be accessed using the touch gesture (swiping from the top-center edge of the touchscreen to the bottom). Gesture option is enabled .

testing :
F0870169921 & F0870169903 Application screens can be accessed by connecting a USB mouse. The Service page can be accessed by connecting a USB mouse and clicking the left and right mouse buttons simultaneously.

PLC Issues
We received a PLC from a customer that does not start the boot process when power is applied. We are including this unit in the display shipment so that the failure can be analyzed and the root cause identified.
When power is connected, the LEDs shown below do not turn on at all.
In addition, we tested the controller under the following conditions:
Controller powered on without the CF card installed.
Controller powered on in BOOT mode.
In both cases, the behavior was identical—the LEDs did not turn on.
Using the same test setup, we tested another controller, which powered up and operated normally.
Community is intended to help you with general questions. If you have specific questions about specific hardware (you would like to check hw with specific SN, etc.), you have to get in touch with your local support.
So generally, based on your description:
For the PLC part (X20CP1584): In your unit, no LEDs at all, including without CF and in BOOT mode, points more toward hardware/power-path failure on CPU/base electronics than project/runtime/card content. So send it to the repair department.
-> From CF you can use a reader to download the logger and read it in AS. It can help you to figure out what happened last.
For HMI 1: You have figured out by yourself that the orientation was changed; this explains the behavior, so nothing bad there.
For HMI 2: If the screen does not respond to any touch event but it is still possible to control it by mouse, then again, the symptoms look like there is a hardware failure. So please send it to the repair department.

about screen - gesture works only for Portrait - we use Landscape
about plc - not all leds are off during connecting to electricity CF &DC are on
To PLC: CF and DC being on means the CPU is not completely dead; it is at least reaching power-good / early boot. It could be that only CF is dead. Simple test: take a new CF, create an empty project with only the hardware configuration, plug it into the PLC, and power on. Check the LED status and try to connect using AS. Are you in RUN? The PLC is OK. As mentioned before, the old CF can be plugged into a reader; the log can be uploaded and checked in AS. This will help you understand what was wrong.
