Opened an existing program in AS4.12, same version. SafeDESIGNER 4.4.4.0 was not present, so I downloaded 4.4.4.1 as the only version available to me.
Opened safe project, and compile failed saying .NET Framework not installed!
Closed project, restarted Laptop. Compiled project, reopened safe project, same thing. Looked at downloading .NET Framework from Microsoft, but it says I have installed version 4.8.1 which is compatible with all versions from 4 and upwards.
Has anyone seen this before and knows what the fix is, please?

Now SafeDESIGNER is installed with the mapp Safety technology package.
I would highly recommend using mapp Safety instead of Safety Release because Safety Release is already discontinued and won’t get updates and for instance isn’t present from AS 6 onwards.
When you work with AS 4.12, please select the latest mapp Safety release 5.24.2:
