Simulator restarting in a loop

Dear All,

Greetings!

I am using AS V 6.0.2.177

With following runtimes

and I am getting following errors when I try to launch simulator and it keeps rebooting couple of times and then switches to service state.

what can be the potential reason and how can I fix this?
