I am facing above issue with 4PPC70.101G PLC in running AUTO CYCLE.

System Init alarm trigger and auto cycle stopped.

What is reason behind this system Init alarm.

Could you give us please some more information?

  • “Auto cycle” is no state regarding B&R Automation Runtime. The PLC can be in RUN or SERVICE. I think the state “Auto Cycle” is more related to the program/machine operation .
  • Do you have access to the SDM? B&R Online Help If yes, you should check the logger
  • Are you the machine builder, do you have access to the PLC program and Automation Studio? If yes, you should connect to the PLC and read e.g. the logger for more information.
  • If your are not the machine builder, I think you should contact the machine builders service team. They know about the machine the best and could provide the best support.
