Unable to add this B&R 8LSA4444db022D000-3 motor from hardware catalog in Automation Studio v4.12.13.127 SP#AS site license.I tried to download it from Upgrades, but it’s not getting installed. As after downloading installation window doesn’t come at all.

the UAC window may be ‘hidden’ somewhere.
you can try to download the installation exe manually
and try a local Upgrade

can you try this batch file ? (do not start AS)
Probably you have to adjust the AS installation path inside.
