It loops infinitely waiting for the completion of the upgrade

Hi Marco,
Do you have an admin prompt popup anywhere? Whenever I see the upgrades window get stuck, it’s usually because I forgot to respond to the popup.
If not, here are a few steps you can try:
- Close Automation Studio
- Stop and Restart the AS 4.11 upgrade service (BrUpgrSrvAS411) via the Services menu in Task Manager
- Run Automation Studio as an administrator and try the upgrade again
