USB RFID 5E9030.29 not working

Hello, I have a problem with RFID readers. I am using 4PPC30_0702_23B + 5E9030.29.
I have a lot of programs and projects with these two combinations and it mostly works but there are some exceptions where the USB works for some time and then stops working. It starts working again after I disconect the USB and reconnect it again. Software that I use for reading the tags is the same everywhere.
What could be the problem? Could there be a HW issue? Did any of you have the same problem as me?

Hello,

Are there error codes shown on the AsUsb/DVFrame FUBs outputs when the USB stops working? Which versions are used? Have you checked the logger?

You need to be more specific to get help.

There are no error codes no nothing. It basicly acts like everything is OK but no tags are being inserted. I don’t know what you mean by wich versions but automation runtime is B4.91.

Do you use any of the AsUsb library examples? Which state machine state is active in the non-working state? Aren’t there really any strange statuses of the used FUBs?

Can you try if the behavior is the same with the latest AR R4.93?
