Hi
After a long period of work on a project without any problem, now I’m not any more able to open the HMI (dev with Visual Components 4.73.1) with VNC from my computer.
To explain better :
I use a PLC to test my project but now (again after a long period without problems) I cannot open the Visual Comp with VNC.
VNC open the window but I have the messe “Protocol Error: bad hextile data”
I tried to delete and create again the connection in vnc.
I also reinstall the complete project on the PLC with an offline project installation.

If I test my project on my computer with ARsim that works fine.

Have you some idea?

I found the solution.
I forget that I have change the ColorMode from 8Bit to 32Bit in the Visual Component Configuration.

Due this modification it was necessary to change (in VNC) the Quality image from Automatic to “Middle”
