I’m using X20CP1584+X20IF10G1-1+ ABB E190(Servo).Here is the situation,When E190 get alarm(like alarm code E10001:Reach positive limit),ModuleOk turn to FALSE .It cannot turn to TRUE after i reset alarm .Unless power-on again
ModuleOk means that the device is communicating properly. So in your screenshot there is no connection to the E190.
Thanks for answer .Before E190 Servo alarms,ModuleOk is TRUE.After the servo alarm appears and the reset command is executed, the servo driver returns to normal (rdy), but the ModuleOk remains False.Why ModuleOk cannot turn to true again even though servo driver have returned to normal (rdy)
For some reason the communication is not re-established properly.
You could try to find more diagnostic information through the DTM diagnostics.
