Hi,
I see the PLC and set the IP address and load the software for the first time. Then, nothing happens. My X20EM1613 loses everything after loading.
To test it without perturbation I did a new software with only the PLC and an I/O card but the same happens.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

follow the Getting Started.
The X20EM1613 doesn’t have a removable memory. To get online with such a PLC, you can find instructions here. Follow only points 1 and 2.

I worked before with the X20EM1613 and AS 4.12 and everything was fine. Since I move to AS 6, I can’t load the software anymore.
Is it an update to perform on the PLC or on AS6 to be able to work with?

What do you mean by “I can’t load the software anymore”? I assume you cannot “Transfer” a project to a PLC?
If that’s the case, try installing a project with Scenario 1: Initial installation on a target system with a USB flash drive. In point 3, you should most likely follow Case 3a:

The BnR support confirm that the first loading from AS6.x isn’t possible.
First the software must be loaded with AS 4.12 for example and then with AS 6.x
The problem is known and will be corrected in a future update.
