Hi, I see the PLC and set the IP address and load the software for the first time. Then, nothing happens. My X20EM1613 loses everything after loading. To test it without perturbation I did a new software with only the PLC and an I/O card but the same happens. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi, The BnR support confirm that the first loading from AS6.x isn’t possible. First the software must be loaded with AS 4.12 for example and then with AS 6.x The problem is known and will be corrected in a future update.
