AS 4.12 / Upgrades / No upgrades available

Hello,

I am trying to install MappServices V5.24.3 for a customer. The computer does not have internet.
I copied the file to a folder and opened the Upgrades Tool. I selected the desired directory, and I could see my file there. I selected the file and pressed the “Install Selected Upgrades” button.

Then a new window appears with the message “Currently there are no upgrades available for installation”.

On an office computer, with an internet connection, everything worked OK with the same file and versions.

Did you encounter this issue? Do you have a solution for this?

Hello Silviu Barad,

Welcome to B&R community, please check if the AS upgrade service is working as Local service or local system (need to be workign as local system), and for that:

• Open windows services:
  
  
• Find the Upgrade Service AS X (X being the version) and open it’s properties
  
  
• At Log On tab, choose the local system account and click ok.
  
  
  
  -Restart the services and it should work
