Hello Silviu Barad,
Welcome to B&R community, please check if the AS upgrade service is working as Local service or local system (need to be workign as local system), and for that:
- Open windows services:
- Find the Upgrade Service AS X (X being the version) and open it’s properties
- At Log On tab, choose the local system account and click ok.
-Restart the services and it should work
