AS Help 6.5.1.3 > mapp Safety 6.4 > Where is "Diagnostics and troubleshooting" page?

Hi Community,

I’m doing some tests to enable and disable the 2-encoder control with SafeMotion and my CPU goes to service:

if I search this error in my new help nothing is found:

with AS Help 4.12.8.71, mapp Safety 5.24 I found the description of my error:

The page in the help is under:

When I compare that help tree with AS 6, I see new organization for Diagnostics and service, but the new link “Diagnostics and troubleshooting” doesn’t work:

Do you see the same issue? or maybe I’m the only one and I have to reinstall AS Help and mapp Safety.

I have older version of AS Helpo 6.3.1 and I can see it

in online help is mappSafety 6.4.0 and this has same issue like you.
