Mapp cockpit - no component and traces available

Hello,
I have positive experience with mappCockpit (MC) from version 4.12, but I’m struggling with AS 6.5 despite following all the guides in the Help section and here on the Community.
MC is configured as follows:

enabled:

However, after opening MC and logging in, I have no connection to traces:

This is despite the trace being configured.
I also have no access to mapp components (mainly mappMotion):

This is despite the mapp components being up and running.

Can anyone help identify where the problem might be?

I had the same issue in the past when I opened first time mapp Cockpit in AS 6:
