I have a 910 that won’t boot windows 7. I’ve tried several power cycles, a new Cfast card, and attempted to boot windows from a USB key. Nothing works. The power light is Green and the HDD light is orange (sometimes blinks). F8 and F11 functions work as intended. The windows 7 logo appears and sometimes after waiting 40 minutes it will finally boot (hasn’t booted in the last 24 hours of continually trying this though).
What is the history of the APC? Are you trying to install Windows 7 for the first time, or has it been working before? Was Windows 7 installed by B&R? Which options do you see in the Boot menu?
