Canopen.JN2100.Inclination Sensor

Hi,
I am using a tilt sensor JN2100 Canopen which is standard and not SAFE. But my PLC is SAFE. X90CP154-S.
I have this error and do I have to use SAFE sensor?

Hi Saeed,

This error is just telling you that there is no safety application running on the safety CPU of your X90; it’s not related specifically to the sensor. I don’t think this will affect the reading of the sensor, but you will need to commission a safety application in order to set any of the X90’s outputs. You can create, compile, and commission a blank safety project if you don’t need to run any safety code at the moment and that will stop these errors from occuring.
