Anyone know how to trace this issue while online the PLC using Automation Studio at the logger menu?

It sounds like you may be looking for the Backtrace feature of the Automation Studio logger. To use this, you’ll need to connect to your machine with the Automation Studio desktop software, rather than the web browser you’re using currently to view the System Diagnostics Manager. After you’ve connected, you can open the logger via Open→Logger. Each log entry will have a Backtrace option within that window. There may or may not be information here depending on the entry.
