One of my customer reported that his X20BC0088’s Mod Status LED is blinking red. The help shows that this status means there is a “Major recoverable fault” happened in the module. Therefore, I would like to ask what kind of fault can be considered as a “Major recoverable fault”?

if the Mod Status LED is blinking, it means the bus coupler is not yet configured.
What is the address switch set to?
Which I/O modules are connected to the right of the bus coupler?
Is automatic or manual configuration of the I/O modules being used?
