Hi there
I wan to install the AS Version 4.12.
Before this installation there was AS 4.3 installed that the customer uninstalled and removed completely.
Now i cannot install AS4.12 there is always an error that uninstalling DTM library 1.0400.170310.19599 is not possible.
Any thoughts??

Hi Patrick,
There is the uninstaller in the folder of DTM library:
C:\ProgramData\BR\DTM there is a exe Uninstall B+R DTM.exe.
This should uninstall the DTM library

Hum I cannot help you more at the moment, maybe ask to your local B&R office or maybe someone here as an option.
