How to Backup and Restore from CPU X20CP1485-1

Greetings Dear
I want to know how to backup the program of a CPU X20CP1485-1. I need to replace the CPU and restore It, but i dont have access to the original project.

I want to know if i need an specific cable or an specific memory to do that. And which software.

I actually have the Automation Studio 4.9

The CPU has a CF (CompactFlash) memory card, which you can just unplug (after powering off) and transfer to the new CPU.

You can take a disk image of the CF-card to have as a backup with the tool of your choice. B&R has a tool called Runtime Utility Center (RUC), which can do this, use the Create / Restore Disk Image command from the main menu. RUC is automatically installed when Automation Studio is installed.
