When my motor is stationary and accidentally touches the shaft, the servo will report an error of 35197. So where can I expand the tolerance value that can prevent the alarm.

The error you got is from Safety, hence I believe that the tolerance you want need to change is within SafeDesigner.
For each axis you can change it’s properties when it comes to safety, and among those properties, the position tolerance are one of them.
You may try it out to see if it works. However take into account that since it’s safety related, you need to make sure that this doesn’t affect other safety functionality,
