P77 behaviour after PLK communication loss

Hello,
does anybody know the exact behavior of the P77 after a communication loss (PLC X20CP0484-1 reset)?

It seems that most of the time it recovers correctly with a zero ErrorCode (0x603F) and the fault bit cleared (0x6041:0x0-3).

According to EASY Starter, the loss of communication causes fault 33381 (POWERLINK SoC), but the communication is subsequently re-established (the fault is cleared) during the PLC boot-up process (which takes approximately 30 seconds).

However, sometimes—roughly every fifth or sixth restart — the 33381 error remains until the PLC has started up. This causes a subsequent application error and the inverter fault must be cleared using the fault reset bit (0x6040:0x0-7).

Is this behavior expected, or is there some way to suppress/prevent this fault?

Hi Michal, would probably need investigation and testing from local support colleague. I will pin this topic for one more day, maybe there will be some inverter expert who can share his thoughts. If not, please get in touch with local support.
