Pp65 hmi stops responding

Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with a PP65 HMI. After it runs for a long time (for example, about 4 days), it freezes and stops responding. When I restart it, everything works fine again.Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?

Set up the profiler to store it’s most recent data through a power cycle. After you reboot, you should be able to then check what tasks were executing or what the idle time is.

Please verify the exact condition.
Is the control still in RUN mode, with only the display unresponsive?
Or is the entire CPU truly in a state where nothing responds at all?
In any case, be sure to thoroughly review the entries in the logger!
