I don’t think there is any B&R official solution, but there have been some posts on the Community in the past that relate to doing this with third-party tools:

Note that all of these are using mappView, not Visual Components. I can’t say for certain, but I doubt that there is a way to do this with VC4 because it seems you need a web browser to display the real-time video stream.
