Hi David,
From your profile, it looks like you’re located in the US. I recommend getting in contact with your local B&R office or sales contact. B&R US sends all repairs to B&R Austria in a single shipment each week, so handling the repair that way would save you some shipping costs.
In addition to @marcusbnr answer I would like to mention that whenever customs is involved the repair must be first processed by the responsible office.

Hello, @tnswogus sending repairs directly to Austria could be done when you are inside the EU. From outside the EU you have to contact your responsible office which would be in Korea:
