SafeDESIGNER 6.4.1.0 > No communication with SafePLC

I see one annoying issue with variable status inside SafeDESIGNER, quite often I see the error message:

Any idea?

As soon as I have completed in correct way the sequence for commissioning the safety prj reported in the post: SafeDESIGNER 6.4.1.0: I can’t open Variable status because of internal check said “Projects a re different” - Ask Questions / Controls & Vision - B&R Community I don’t see any more the connection issue.

I’m currently experiencing a similar communication issue between my PLC and SafePLC. I’m unsure if they’re connected and communicating. I’m using an X20CP3584 PLC and a SafePLC X20SLX842 linked via X2X, and all the PLC lights are red except for the “r” light. The SE light is blinking continuously. If you have a solution, could you please share it with me?

When I restart the PLC program or create a new program, it shows an FDT/DTM error along with a “plugged none” error inside the Logger. Do you know how to fix this error? This is probably the error preventing the PLC from communicating with SafePLC.

I’ve found a way to connect, my SafePLC is working and I think it’s doing very well.
It just needs remote control enabled, the safety program loaded onto the SafePLC, and then it restarts, after which it works normally. Currently, I’m testing with variables that it uses to directly trigger the PLC, not from external buttons or sensors. Tomorrow I will test it directly with buttons and reload the program. If there are any problems, I hope to receive your help. Thanks a lot.
By the way, I apologize for bothering you at this hour. I’m in Vietnam and the time zone is quite different from yours, so when I encountered this problem, it was morning.
