Tension Controller Not working correctly

Hello,

I have some issues working with the Mapp Web Handling Function Block: Tension Controller.

I have previosly made a question about my application. Since I’m using Acopos Inverters as the motion systems and not AcoposServo. Therefore I was developing an indirect control. Using the Motion System “User Defined” and then send the signals to the AcoposInverter via MappAxis. :Mapp Web Handling + AcoposInverter

That Indirect control aparently is working good.

Now I have a problem with the tension controller and I dont find any other topics about the tension controllers.

The problem is that the tension controller aparently is not sending the right velocity to the axis to control the Tension. The correct process is: If the tension goes up, the velocity decreases enough to maintain tension. If the tension is low the velocity increases to keep the tension. The second point is not running well since the velocity is not increasing. it is only decreasing by the Estimated Diameter I guess because the speed also must decrease if the Diameter is growing up.

Here I’ll share how the controller is configured:

Please I would like some support with this from someone who had more experience with the tension controller.

Just commented this to put it back on the TOP. Not sure how many experts we have there for Tension controllers.
