Timeout when downloading from SafeDesigner 5.24.2.1

Hi everyone, we have a problem when downloading from SafeDesigner where it will work once, but when we try a second time we get:

Adjusting comms timeout in SafeDesigner doesn’t help. The only fix is to power cycle the safe PLC

Logger doesn’t show anything helpful:

Anyone got any thoughts please?

Does this happen when downloading via SafePLC dialog box and/or also via RemoteControl?
Which versions?

The SafePLC dialog box. I haven’t tried remote control

SafeDesgner 5.24.2.1
AR M4.93
VC V4.73.1
mapp View 5.24.8
mapp Safety 5.24.2

Just tried mapp View safety web interface and that also times out, but both work OK on smaller projects

Hi Jaroslav, yes this is still an issue

Are you using the latest hardware upgrade of the SafeLOGIC ?
You can chose the version in the Physical View in AS (compile + download after change!).
I think it should be V2.6.0.x
