I wanted to ask:
I just changed a value Enable=FALSE to Enable=TRUE in the programm code.
Do i have to compile the whole programm and upload it or is there a quicker method.
Im currently using the Simulation and not an actual APC.

There’s no other way around: as the PLC just executes binary code, you have to compile & transfer any code change.
As long as just one program (task) has changed, normally also just this task is compiled and transferred. But Automation Studio nevertheless has to check the complete project integrity (done by several pre-compile steps), which takes also some time.
This process is independent of if you’re using a real PLC or just the simulation.
