Dear all,

i’m tring to use the X20DS4389 (time stamp) + X20BC0087 (Modbus).

i use the Automation studio to create ModbusConfig.xml file and i program it via ModbusTCP Toolbox.

all look ok, but i get no actual register from the X20DS4389

i also red on the net you need to set the function model in the configuration of the X20DS4389 to Function Model 0 or 1 but i can only choose Default, why is that?

to summary my questions -

  1. why i see in the X20DS4389 configuration function model only Default?
  2. is there V6.0 HW Upgrade (X20DS4389) available?
  3. any other help will be appriciated.

Hello Hadar,

the nettime function of the X20DS4389 is not supported on the X20BC0087.

To get the timestamp of a “Edge” you need to configure this. Then you could do some basic calculations
