An X20PS9400 power module is reporting an error, but the modules connected after the X20BC0083 Powerlink bus terminal are working without any problems. Is there a way to clear the error?
I would be grateful for any help.

Forgot to mention that AS 4.11 with all updates has also been installed for the hardware.
what is logger saying about it?
Did you check the X20BB80? Maybe connection is not correct, like the PS9400 isn’t properly plugged in the BB80?
Hi,
SDM is just reporting that the module is not plugged. I agree, if it would not be plugged the hardware powered by this PS should also be indicated as missing.
So, I would first check the hardware itself. It’s unusal, but not completely impossible, that the system is powered by the PS but nevertheless there’s a hardware issue on the module caused by the connection to the backplane or the module itself.
What’s about the hardware comparison in Automation Studio and the IO mapping “ModuleOk”, are they also reporting the module as missing (I think so)? And are there any more entries in the logger, for example something about a failed firmware upgrade?
Best regards!
Jaroslav, logger do not have any entries about this issue.
Thanks for the ideas. Since the system has been running with this error message for some time now, I will investigate the problem after my vacation and get back to you.
