After entering the password, an error occurs in SafeDESIGNER:Error while reading the safety parameter from the Busnavigator!
What’s this for? How do we fix it?

Hello,

The “Busnavigator”-File refered by the error, is a file which gets generated by the Automation Studio while opening the SafeDESIGNER.

This file can be deleted, it will be automaticaly generated at the next time the SafeDESIGNER will be opened.

This is visible in the Output Dialog. And here you can find the Path to this File.

This File is made up from the Settings in the Automation Studio Hardware Tree.
I would suggest to check all Safety related Configuration-Settings of the Hardware Modules. Changes are marked by the “Red !” in the Configurations.
Maybe you have in some Field a not allowed Symbol.

I don’t know in detail how to solve it, but i hope this information can bring you forward.
