  • mechanical stress/mounting pressure,
  • grounding/noise issue

Especially mounting pressure can happen if installation is not done according to manual. Usually sending to repair department is the only option. But for sure you can try to update and do electrical check..etc

About the freeze

  • Firmware updates often include stability fixes, so 1.8 is worth trying.

After update, record:

  • freeze interval,
  • CPU/memory trend,
  • ambient temperature

Especially memory trend recording can be interesting to exclude possibility that freezing is not caused by memory leak.

If you have problem with new panel as well, then is really important to do EMC check. I would say, try panel in your office, on the desk where you can be sure that there is no problem with electrical disturbance etc.

maybe you can send me short video, what do you mean by “crashes when use it”? I have not had reported any issue with using this feature.
