I need some help with Mapp web handling, more especifically using MpTensionController and MpTensionGroup.
My costumer’s machine is a modular printer with a unwinder, the transport and two rewinder at the end. So I configure everything just like the print below. It worked well in some way, but it can not find the tension set point and always get a timeout alarm.
Does anyone have ever had some issue like that or has more experience in web handling control in order to give me some clue about what could be happening?
