This is very old product and I do not think that anyone here can really help you. Please get in contact with B&R headquarter in Eggelsberg.
Unfortunately, no one in Eggelsberg could help me.
The year of construction was supposed to be 1998.

Jop this is really old product. Even I do not remember it and I remember quite lot from B&R… So let’s see if anyone here can help you, but I doubt it. 
Well this parts are no longer sold since decades. A new one is not possible and as B&R does not sell refurbished (or used ones if you like to call it that way) I am afraid that we cannot help with a replacement.
Such old hardware could be repaired depending on the damage and if the electrical parts are still available. Please bear in mind that also manufacturers of electronic parts discontinue their parts from time to time. This means if the electronic part which is damaged is no longer produced then we also do no longer have such parts resulting in not being able to repair such old components.
If you were already in contact with B&R Eggelsberg (probably repair department ?) and they could not help you then I am afraid that we cannot help you here.
