I import an XDD file describing the Lenze inverter i550 into AS. I have a total of 3 Lenze Inverters in the connection.
ModulOK = FALSE
But when I connect them and set the Node Number, they still have ModuleOK=FALSE.
Sometimes they jumped to TRUE, sometimes they didn’t. I saw them in the SDM, but ModulOk was unstable and was more like 90% FALSE.
I’m trying to change PLK cycle time, TimeOut, all the different parameters, but Lenze Inverter still has ModulOk= FALSE
The configuration was EMPTY by default, only the MODUL OK status was actived.
Error : 32162
In logger it was error : " 32162 : Timeout while waiting for error signaling to finish initialization "
ModulOK = TRUE
The problem was that no “Channels” were set in the inverter configuration.
If some Transmissions were turned on here, Lenze Inverter i550 started communicating, ModulOK= TRUE, SDM was OK, and everything started.
So if you had a similar problem. You need to set some Channels and then the communication will start. So if you have a similar problem, try setting up some “Channels” and it’s possible that your communication will start working. And it’s the empty configuration that can be causing you problems.
